Neomycin
- Contact allergy established.
- Present exposure :
- Known exposure – neomycin present in topical pharmaceutical product used.
- Possible exposure - patient used several topical pharmaceutical (incl. antibiotic) preparations he vaguely remembers but has thrown them away.
- Known or possible exposure to chemically related aminoglycoside.
- Unknown exposure to neomycine itself or to chemically related aminoglycoside.
Dermatitis, cause and localization
- Relationship with the known or possible exposure.
- Possible relationship with the known exposure.
- Relationship through cross-reactivity (other aminoglycosides).
- Unknown relationship
